- Custom jewelry and special orders are non-refundable once CAD design is approved and work has begun.
- Ready-to-ship jewelry may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery , provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and verified.
- Diamonds or jewelry altered, resized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
