At Eternal Carat, we are dedicated to providing you with the most pleasant shopping experience possible. We stand behind 100% of our pieces and will work with you to address any concerns. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@eternalcarat.com or call us at 720-303-1573. You may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit if:

  • The item arrived dented, OR
  • A wrong order was shipped.

Ring Sizing

If you ordered the wrong ring size, you can send back the ring, and we will have it:

  • Either exchanged for the correct size based on available stock – Silver rings, OR
  • Resized – Gold / Platinum rings

This policy applies ONLY to regular orders and excludes custom orders or items on sale, which are non-returnable.

Not all rings are resizable. In cases of surprise proposals where you may be unsure of the accurate ring size, we recommend choosing a ring design that can be easily resized.

*** For resizing, a fee of $50-250 per item may apply depending on the metal and style of the ring.

Terms and Conditions

  • Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases of damaged items.
  • We recommend using an insured courier such as FedEx or DHL as Eternal Carat will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit.

Our policies are firm for obvious reasons. However, we will do everything we can to work with you and ensure your experience with us is positive.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed when all other options have been fully exhausted. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a restocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged or worn.

*** Shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases of free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping fee accordingly.
